About the role
Responsible for managing a team of 5 developers. Oversee project timelines, coordinate with clients, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and C++
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

Pay
$80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
