About the role

A service plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing and replacing plumbing systems. This is a full-time position with opportunity for advancement. Company vehicle, phone, and uniforms provided.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present options to customers
• Collect payment and provide exceptional customer service
• Record detailed notes for team members
• Maintain company-provided truck, tools, and equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience
• Working knowledge of water heaters, water conditioning, pumps, drains, piping, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Comfortable presenting options, collecting payment, and managing all aspects of the job
• Early riser with a professional attitude

Day in the life

• Wake early and prepare for the day
• Drive company-provided truck to the shop and stock up on necessary parts
• Use company-provided iPad and iPhone to manage appointments
• Provide exceptional service at customer homes, aiming for 6-star reviews
• Receive real-time coaching and support as needed
• Have parts/materials delivered to job sites to maximize efficiency
• Record detailed notes for future reference and team coordination
• Collect payment from customers

Pay

$76,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year, with opportunity to earn over $100,000
