About the role

McGovern Automotive Group is expanding and seeks qualified individuals for various positions including Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Parts Manager, and Service Advisors across 40 locations.

Responsibilities

- Manage a team of service advisors to ensure efficient and effective service operations. - Oversee the repair process to maintain high quality standards. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service performance. - Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership operations. - Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Proven leadership skills and experience managing automotive service teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, business administration, or related field preferred. - Relevant automotive industry experience. - ASE certification preferred.

Skills

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent customer service orientation. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

- Competitive salaries ranging from $85,000 to $200,000 based on experience and qualifications.
