Position Summary
The Service Parts Associate reports to the Service Parts Supervisor. Located in Tampa, FL, this is a Full-Time In Office position.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Parts Order Processing:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, picking, packing, and staging items for shipment.
- Coincides with shipping carriers to schedule pickups.
- Generates shipping labels and documentation in ERP and similar systems.
Inventory Control:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, stacking, and rotation of goods.
Risk Management:
- Proactively monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse environment with fluctuating seasonal temperatures, or equivalent military or practical experience.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and be on feet up to 6 hours a day.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
