The Service Parts Associate reports to the Service Parts Supervisor. Located in Tampa, FL, this is a Full-Time In Office position.

Parts Order Processing:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, picking, packing, and staging items for shipment.
Coincides with shipping carriers to schedule pickups.
Generates shipping labels and documentation in ERP and similar systems.

Inventory Control:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of orders.
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, stacking, and rotation of goods.

Risk Management:

Proactively monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
Implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members and leadership.
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and drive results.
An attention to detail to verify the accuracy of shipments and paperwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

1 – 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse environment with fluctuating seasonal temperatures, or equivalent military or practical experience.
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and be on feet up to 6 hours a day.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
