Essential Functions
- Maintain cost effective replacement part solutions for a wide range of customers including commercial, industrial, institutional, governmental, and other types of facilities in the Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware area.
- Research of aged equipment to ensure proper part replacement.
- Acquisition of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, and specification sheets for equipment.
- Part Identification thru field placed calls as well as calls from our Service Sales Account Executives for part and equipment replacement.
- Working with and maintaining relationships with local vendors, manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and trends in the Building Controls, and HVAC/R industry.
- Quotation of parts direct to customers.
- Purchasing of parts and equipment and shipping direct to customer or field personnel.
- Processing equipment and part warranties and returns for credit.
- Availability after hours and on weekends for emergency part acquisition.
Required Knowledge / Background Experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook are required.
- Familiarity with work order management software and purchase order systems required.
- Must have courteous phone manners and be articulate and clear when speaking on the phone.
- Customer service experience is required.
- HVAC /R business knowledge is required.
- Prior part counter experience preferred.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 50 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
Work Environment
- Operates in a Warehouse environment that may contain dust, noise, oils, greases, grinding debris, compressed air, metal shavings, propane and solvents; may also involves driving company owned vehicles.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Travel required as needed for Warehouse schedule and deliveries.
