Shift and Salary: 6:30am–3:30pm Monday–Thursday in office, Friday work-from-home. New hires start with five days in office during training.

Responsibilities
- Review new model service parts and engineering changes for catalog inclusion, reporting to the Aftersales Parts Planning and Establishment team.
- Consult with design engineers, technical publications, manufacturing, and other departments to determine optimal service levels.
- Interpret CAD data and develop parts catalog illustrations.
- Investigate and resolve customer technical inquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in automotive parts sales, marketing, or service.
- Strong understanding of national supply/distribution processes and the US aftersales automotive market.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with strong problem-solving and research abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience, in-progress coursework, or certifications.
