Service Order Manager

Tasks and Capabilities Required

• Manage Service Order Program
• Cookordinate repair projects
• Develop project scopes
• Manage subcontractor support
• Develop Statements of Work
• Prepare cost estimates
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals
• Cookordinate project execution
• Inspect completed work
• Ensure quality workmanship
• Cookordinate project closeout
• Maintain project documentation
• Support emergency repairs

Mandatory Experience and Certifications

• Healthcare facilities management and construction experience
• Experience managing healthcare renovation and maintenance projects
• Knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, EPA, and Joint Commission standards
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, and security systems
• Experience with DoD healthcare design standards
• Experience in bid preparation, solicitation, evaluation, award, inspection, acceptance, and closeout

Preferred/Desired Certifications

• ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
