Order Manager

About the role

The Order Manager position is based in Wendell, NC. Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities

• Confirm factory delivery dates and provide accurate updates to internal customers
• Handle customer inquiries
• Define production sequence based on customer priorities
• Balancing of production load
• Follow up to internal milestones
• Collaborate with all the factory departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
• Maintain delivery schedules
• Create production orders in SAP and align delivery and requirement dates
• Cook up order changes with all internal areas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field
• 4+ years of experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• SAP, SD and PS module (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce.com (preferred)

Pay

The pay range for this position is $74,970 - $128,520 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
