Service Operations Manager

About the Role

The Service Operations Manager must have the ability to ensure high-level customer satisfaction and company profitability through customer consultation, technician leadership, service sales and coordination.

Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.
• At least five (5) years' experience working with mechanical and/or control systems.
• Advanced knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry, control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building sub-systems required.

Additional Skills Preferred But Not Required

• Three (3) years' supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e. LON, BacNet, etc) preferred.

Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $93,007-$124,009 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
