Main Responsibilities Leads all front-end and customer service teams, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate serviceCoach and develop associates on service standards, courtesy programs, and service recoveryOversee daily front‑end operations including check stands, self‑checkout (SCO), service desk, and checkout processesEnsure compliance with cash handling, security, returns, refunds, and transaction policiesMonitor scheduling, breaks, staffing levels, and queue management to align labor with business needsOversee cash office processes including safe counts, till audits, deposits, and reconciliationEnsure front‑end readiness for audits, compliance requirements, and company programsHire, train, coach, schedule, and develop service associates, supervisors, and front‑end staffSupport shrink reduction, fraud prevention, and proper handling of restricted itemsComplete required reports and maintain strong communication with management teams Soft Skills We are looking for candidates who possess the following: Strong customer‑service focus with a calm, professional team presenceEffective communication, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skillsStrong organization, prioritization, and planning abilitiesAbility to multitask in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment Competencies Front‑end and customer service operationsCash handling, cash office accuracy, and compliance executionLabor planning, scheduling, and service productivityService standards, audit readiness, and loss prevention support Knowledge Store operations, service programs, and front‑end systemsCash handling procedures, security protocols, and transaction policiesScheduling tools and basic computer applications Abilities Ability to review service metrics, labor usage, and performance trendsAbility to train, coach, and develop associates and supervisorsAbility to stand, move, lift, carry, or push moderate loads as requiredTravel requirements: NoneOther requirements: Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance; compliance with company policies, safety standards, and the Code of Business Conduct We Also Provide a Variety Of Benefits Including Competitive wages paid weeklyAssociate discountsHealth and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!)Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
