Key Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and support service technicians, dispatchers, and administrative staff.
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and workload distribution to ensure safe, on-time job completion.
- Participate in a manager on-call rotation (one week/month) to handle emergency dispatching.
- Act as the primary contact for escalated concerns and conduct site visits to build client relationships.
- Aid in service quotes, proposals, and recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
- Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities and track contract renewals.
- Approve invoices, timesheets, and purchase orders, ensuring accurate billing and cost control.
- Submit completed jobs to invoicing within two (2) business days and follow up on warranty credits.
- Oversee inventory (tools, vehicles, truck stock) and coordinate with vendors for the best pricing.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for complex HVAC issues and review job closeouts.
- Enforce OSHA safety policies, conduct quarterly safety meetings, and ensure code compliance.
- Track KPIs, maintain accurate service records, and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the commercial/industrial HVAC industry.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Exceptional leadership, customer service, and vendor management skills.
Compensation
Annual salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 (Salaried) + Performance-based bonus.
