Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor safety guidelines for your team
  • Take pride in providing learning opportunities for your team
  • Manage a schedule and ensure the overall performance of your team
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals
  • Leverage new technologies and have an appetite for learning
  • Develop personnel ensuring their motivation, continuous development, and achievement against regional targets
  • Coach technical-oriented Supervisors of today, to be customer-, service- and result-oriented Line Supervisors
  • Select, train, and continuously qualify employees
  • Create business plans including budget planning and budget control for the individual Service

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant maintenance expertise and supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce
  • A degree in a related field or additional years of experience

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $159,800.00 – $209,790.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
