Service Operations Coordinator

About the role
This role will support our Southeast District branches and will be located at one of the following branches: Birmingham, AL; Charlotte, NC; Garner, NC; Jacksonville, FL; Marietta, GA; Miramar, FL; Naples, FL; Tampa, FL; New Orleans, LA; Baton Rouge, LA; or Spanish Fort, AL. The role will be 100% in-office during the training period, eventually transitioning to a hybrid schedule, reporting to the closest "home base" branch.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process, including:
- Booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP
- Initiating invoice down payments
- Requisitioning parts
- Following up with customers
- Coordinating with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs
- Interact with General Manager, Salespeople, Supervisors, and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and customer communication
- Perform general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing service business of the branch
- Maintain Technician on-call Scheduler for overtime calls for Technicians and Supervisors
- Maintain Scheduler Area Editor
- Monitor Dispatch Board
- Assist Service Supervisor by pulling Made Visit reports in Report Generator weekly for distribution as requested
- Audit completeness and accuracy of KONECT Building Site notes
- Provide internal Technician support
- Manage Fleet Vehicles
- Assist with Invoice disputes
- Manage and order Office Supplies
- Perform reporting functions for Branch Staff Meetings
- Process utility invoices
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience
- High School education or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Well-organized with a customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask daily
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals

Pay
The hiring range for this role in the Birmingham, AL; Charlotte, NC; Garner, NC; Jacksonville, FL; Miramar, FL; Naples, FL; Orlando, FL; New Orleans, LA; and Tampa, FL locations is $54,800.00 – $71,925.00. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, business strategy needs, and factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
The hiring range for the Baton Rouge, LA; Orlando, FL; and Spanish Fort, AL areas is $52,100.00 – $68,355.00.
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company and individual goals.
