• Coordinate and schedule daily routes and service appointments for our HVAC and plumbing technicians in an efficient manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, scheduling services, and providing updates with a professional and friendly approach.
• Manage the service dispatch board to optimise technician productivity and ensure prompt responses to all client needs, including emergency support requests.
• Accurately create, process, and manage work orders, customer invoices, and service documentation.
• Maintain clear and effective communication between customers, service technicians, and the management team.
• Assist with parts ordering and inventory management to ensure technicians are well-equipped for their jobs.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of the service department.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a coordination, dispatch, or senior administrative role, ideally within a trade or service-based industry.
• Experience in HVAC or plumbing is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
