Position Summary: The Service Operations Assistant supports the Service Operations Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, driving front-end operational excellence, and ensuring efficient execution of store service functions. This role assists with supervising front-end operations, associate development, cash handling compliance, and customer satisfaction initiatives while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and associates.
