- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specializing in platform customization and script creation.
- Proven track record working within an Agile/Scrum team environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, accessible content
- Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA): Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD): Highly preferred (or a commitment to obtain it within the first 6 months).
