Service Now Developer

About the role

This role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on identity lifecycle management, access governance, and integration with enterprise IAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure ServiceNow in a large enterprise environment.
• Implement or manage identity management solutions within ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, SSO/SAML, and cloud identity providers.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Write PowerShell scripts for automation and system administration tasks.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to identity and access management (IAM).
• Apply ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience administering ServiceNow in a large enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of experience implementing or managing identity management solutions within ServiceNow.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, SSO/SAML, and cloud identity providers.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
