Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards.
• Maintain knowledge of all factory-technical bulletins.
• Address customers' primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.
• Conduct KG Electronic Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle; notify Service Advisor of additional issues promptly.
• Use Dealer Management System (Reynolds) for timekeeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communication.
• Be accountable for all dealership-owned tools and maintain a clean workspace and vehicles.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications.
• Accommodating and analytical with highly precise and accurate work.
• Excellent dexterity, patience, creativity, good judgment, and attention to detail.
• Unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record.
