About The Role
IPCO-NAFTA is seeking a Service Manager to lead their Technical Service Department and build a proactive, customer-focused culture. This role oversees installation, maintenance, and repair operations while ensuring safety, quality, and financial targets are met across the NAFTA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a proactive service team
- Manage budgets, payroll, and service contracts
- Oversee safety compliance and quality audits
- Recruit, train, and schedule service personnel
- Support technical troubleshooting and customer presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years in technical service management (rotating equipment preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude; welding experience a plus
- Prominent leadership and communication skills
