- Own reconditioning throughput and cost across both lots — get all makes and models front-line-ready, fast and right
- Own service quality, consistency, and profitability across two locations
- Build and document the processes that keep both shops running to one standard
- Lead and develop a team of technicians — diagnose skill gaps and close them
- Track the numbers that matter (efficiency, comebacks, recon cycle time, gross) and improve them with data
- Be the final quality check and the resolution point for complex, escalated work
- Manage parts, vendors, and workflow so the operation runs clean and on time
- Automotive service / fixed-ops management experience (required)
- Used-car or independent dealership service experience strongly preferred — all-makes repair, reconditioning, and cost control without relying on factory warranty work
- Experience leading more than one location or a team that runs on real systems (required)
- A strong technical foundation — you can evaluate the work, not just assign it
- A track record of improving a metric, and the ability to explain exactly how
- Organized, precise, self-directed, and confident holding a standard
- You'll have real ownership of a two-store operation and the autonomy to run it your way — on your standards
- You'll work for a 25+ year, locally respected dealership that genuinely cares about doing the work right
- Base pay of $75,000–$90,000 plus performance bonus, based on experience, with benefits
