About the role
The Service Manager at Land Rover Lynnwood is responsible for leading the service department, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include setting goals, coaching the team, analyzing performance, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department
- Coach, develop, engage, and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations
- Create an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
- Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance
- Drive the business through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
- Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide under-performing ones
- Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges
- Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience running an automotive service department is required
- High-line experience strongly preferred
- People-oriented, earn customers and employee’s loyalty with a positive and energetic personality
- Ability to build strong teams and lead by example
- Desire to recruit, coach, train and mentor service staff to exceed their goals
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills

Pay
Competitive wages starting in the range of $109,830.00 - $156,505.00 USD annually for full time employees.
