About the role

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the service department to ensure efficient and high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the service department including scheduling appointments, managing technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Manage technician performance through regular evaluations and training programs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs between service and sales departments.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
