About the role
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the service department to ensure efficient and high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department including scheduling appointments, managing technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage technician performance through regular evaluations and training programs.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs between service and sales departments.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
