Responsibilities
- Leadership (LMA): Lead, manage, and hold your team (Parts Manager, Service Writer, Technicians, Yard Associate) accountable.
- Departmental Oversight: Drive sales and profit goals for both the Parts and Service departments.
- Facility Management: Maintain the physical facility to meet OSHA, EPA, and 5S (85% score) standards.
- Customer Excellence: Handle issue escalations and ensure all services align with company values and machine standards.
- Support Operations: Coordinate with Sales, Rental, and PSSR teams regarding machine availability and status.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; 4-year BA/BS degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of managerial experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen (P&L, balance sheets), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and superior communication skills.
- Physical: Ability to stand/walk the shop floor and regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Travel: Limited travel (approx. 15-20 days/year) for meetings and training.
