Responsibilities

• Lead honeygrow restaurant operations by enforcing policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural points.
• Strive to be a top performer, teaching the team to be top performers and achieving HG Standards.
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty, knowledge, and the ability to exceed expectations.
• Comprehend and perform every station up to the Service Manager level.
• Manage cash, nightly reports, and administrative tasks.
• Train, coach, and develop employees.
• Ensure a fantastic guest experience using the HG Engine.
• Follow food safety guidelines and procedures.
• Schedule and supervise shifts.
• Maintain restaurant facilities and implement a preventative maintenance plan.
• Complete facility and food safety processes.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet scheduling needs.
• Strong food prep experience.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Previous training experience preferred.
• One year of restaurant experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Dexterity to handle kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working near open flames.
• Fast-paced environment with hot and cold areas.
• Tight spaces.
• High noise-levels.
