Service Manager - First Aid & Safety

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and performance management
• Managing the overall performance of a team
• Providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment
• Successful resolution of customer related issues
• Training a team on effective sales techniques
• Performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals
• Managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service
• Providing hands-on support of direct reports, including accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary to assist in pick-up and delivery of products or services
• Driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations
• Lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers
• Performing managerial duties

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Management experience (preferred)
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
