Service Manager - Fire Protection Advanced Services

Responsibilities

• Hiring and performance management
• Managing the overall performance of a team
• Fostering a safe working environment
• Successful resolution of customer related issues
• Training a team on effective skilled technicians
• Performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals
• Managing a budget
• Dealing with operational issues that affect service

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Preferred Management experience
• Experience in Fire Protection Alarm, Sprinkler or Pre-Engineered system
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
