Service Manager - Automotive Experience Required

Our Service Managers lead, coach, and motivate the team of Service and Tire Technicians for their store, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery and outstanding customer service!

Compensation Plan
Pay: $50,000 - $70,000+ Effective Rate
Service Managers have earning potential of $80,000+ annually with base hourly rate, overtime, monthly SPIFFs and monthly bonus opportunities factored in.
THE "NUTS AND BOLTS" NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS
- Previous mechanic experience or experience working in automotive service and repair (ASE Certifications are preferred but not required)
- Prior management/supervisory experience -- effective at coaching, motivating and leading teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Great organization and multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong work ethic, drive and goal orientation
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Availability to work Saturdays
