Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and prioritize service work orders.
- Support and manage service technicians.
- Prepare customer quotes, work orders, parts requests, and billing.
- Maintain efficient workflow and service department operations.
- Communicate service recommendations to customers and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of small engine repair experience.
- 2+ years of personnel management experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with computers and service/inventory software.
- Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
