Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships
• Develop operational understanding and manage paperwork and financial transactions
• Drive sales through proactive vehicle inspections and communication between shop areas
• Provide insights to enhance service and revenue

Requirements

• High School diploma
• 4+ years of auto service experience
• 1+ year in a supervisory or service role
• Valid driver’s license
