Responsibilities

• Seek feedback, exceed customer expectations, address concerns, and anticipate needs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology, multitasking, adaptability, and time management.
• Manage resources (time, labor, equipment, materials) efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit qualified candidates with HR support.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in a relevant service setting, including supervisory experience, prior work as a Service Technician, and demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driver's license (CDL required or ability to obtain).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and expertise in employee development.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (Google apps, computer-generated business systems).
• A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.

Physical and Mental Demands

The role requires occasional sitting, driving, use of foot controls, and computer work. The employee may lift up to 100 pounds, work in high or precarious places, and handle chemicals requiring PPE and/or ventilation. Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision with the ability to adjust focus.
