About the role
The Service Manager supports and leads a team of technicians in providing commercial food equipment service, coaching, and training. They are responsible for 1 cost center and up to 15 direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Support technicians with installations, maintenance, repairs, and emergency visits
- Provide coaching and training on equipment, procedures, and customer service
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals
- Talent development and employee engagement
- Manage a branch's operations to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and service levels
- Collaborate with other branch operations personnel to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 1-3 years of relevant experience with a degree
- Previous management experience
- Knowledge of commercial food equipment and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to manage a P&L statement and cost control
- Strong leadership, innovation, and time management skills

Pay
Compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience. The range is $75,680.00 - $113,520.00 USD annually.
Schedule
Normal business hours with occasional/frequent/extended hours as needed. Travel requirement up to 50% of time.
