The Opportunity

Bretz is a third-generation, family-owned Montana business serving customers since 1967. We are currently building a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Butte, Montana, and we are looking for a Service Manager to lead our rapid expansion.

Your Core Mission

Lead Through Transition & Growth
As our Service Manager, you will be entirely responsible for the performance of the Butte service department, achieving results by pouring into the currently small team you lead. As the seasons change, you will recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-output team of technicians, service advisors, dispatchers, and support staff.

The Customer Experience Standard

Our customers rely on their RVs and boats for irreplaceable time with their families. When something breaks, it affects plans, trips, and lifelong memories. We aim for a world-class purchasing and ownership experience. You must be entirely customer-experience focused. You will step directly into tough situations, take ownership, and drive toward a solution. You will also train your service advisors and staff on how to communicate with radical clarity, set honest expectations upfront, and follow through every single time. Customer service here is about being responsive, clear, and accountable.

  • Proven Leadership: Experience managing, recruiting, and developing teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Growth-Oriented & Aggressive: A relentless drive to improve yourself, your team, and the business's bottom line
  • High Energy: The stamina and enthusiasm to lead a growing department through a major facility transition
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to deliver clear expectations to your team and transparent solutions to customers
  • Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills are a must. We utilize multiple dealership management systems, and you need to adapt to them quickly
  • Outdoor & Family-Oriented: A passion for the outdoors and a strong alignment with our family-focused company values

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
