Service Management Trainee- Linen

Mission Linen Supply has immediate opportunities for Management Trainees in state-of-the-art operating plants in California and Arizona. Relocation is required; all candidates must be willing to relocate during or after training to manage their own team within the first 3 years.

About the role

As a Service Management Trainee, you will learn to provide leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs), ensuring unsurpassed customer satisfaction and pushing the team to achieve operational goals. You will direct efforts to maximize new business accounts, further the penetration of existing accounts, and ensure account retention.

This hands-on, well-structured 30-week management-training program combines rotations in various departments to prepare you for a role that best matches your interests, skills, and abilities. Throughout the program, you’ll receive support from senior management, complete progress reports, and participate in company-sponsored management development workshops. Upon completion, you will be promoted to a Management position leading your own team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs).
• Ensure customer satisfaction and operational goal achievement.
• Maximize new business accounts and penetrate existing accounts.
• Responsible for account retention.
• Participate in a structured management-training program with department rotations.
• Complete progress reports and attend management development workshops.

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate during or after training to manage your own team within the first 3 years.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong business acumen.
• Ability to provide effective leadership.
• Thorough understanding of Mission’s products and services.
• High level of organization and computer literacy.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and strong business and customer orientation.
• College degree highly desired; military experience welcomed.
• 3-5 years of experience in a management role.
• Ability to relocate to other states for career growth.

Pay

Management Trainee base salary is $70,304, depending on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment.
