About the role
The Service Management Trainee will learn to lead a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs) to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs)
- Ensure unsurpassed customer satisfaction
- Push the team to achieve operational goals
- Direct efforts designed to maximize new business accounts, further the penetration of existing accounts, and is responsible for account retention
Requirements
All candidates must be willing to relocate during or after training to manage their own team within the first 3 years of the career to qualify for the program.

- An excellent work ethic

Skills
- Leadership potential
- Demonstrated business and customer orientation
- Education and experience demonstrating intelligence, commitment, and willingness to learn
- Previous industry experience not required, but demonstrated leadership potential is preferred
- A college degree is highly desired
- Military experience is welcomed
- 3-5 years experience in a management role
- The ability to relocate upon completion to other states is important for career growth
