Service Management Trainee
About the role
The Service Management Trainee position involves providing leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs) to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve operational goals. Relocation to California or Arizona is required during or after training to manage a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs)
- Ensure unsurpassed customer satisfaction
- Push the team to achieve operational goals
- Direct efforts designed to maximize new business accounts, further the penetration of existing accounts, and is responsible for account retention
- Participate in a hands-on, well-structured management-training program
- Develop skills in the industry and gain a well-structured understanding of the day-to-day life of our Managers
- Be promoted to a Management position leading your own team once the program is completed

Pay
Base salary is $70,304 - depending on experience. The starting salary is based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment.
