Service Manager Trainee

About the Role

A Manager in Training is responsible for the effective overall operation of the store and service center through motivational leadership. This role ensures the delivery of expected sales and customer service while maintaining safe operating conditions in compliance with federal and state regulations. The position provides technical, administrative, operational, and motivational direction to develop a dynamic high-performance team.

Physical Demands

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience with proven results.
• Current, valid driver’s license issued in the state of residence.
• Equipment safety certification.

Pay

$22.48 to $33.21 per hour based on experience.
