Service Manager Trainee

Manager in Training is responsible for the effective overall operation of the store and service center through motivational leadership, delivering expected sales and customer service, ensuring safe operations in compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing technical, administrative, operational, and motivational direction to develop a dynamic high-performance team.

Physical Demands

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in retail management, preferably automotive
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program
• Equivalent combination of education and experience with proven results
• Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
• Equipment safety certification

Pay

$22.48 to $33.21 per hour based on experience
