Service Management Trainee

Mission Linen Supply has immediate opportunities for our Management Trainee program in state-of-the-art operating plants in California and Arizona. Relocation is required; all candidates must be willing to relocate during or after training to manage their own team within the first 3 years.

About the role

Service Management Trainees learn to provide leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs), ensuring unsurpassed customer satisfaction and pushing the team to achieve operational goals. Trainees direct efforts to maximize new business accounts, further the penetration of existing accounts, and ensure account retention.

Management Trainees participate in a hands-on, well-structured 30-week training program that combines rotations in various departments to prepare for a management position leading their own team. The program includes support from senior management, progress reports, and company-sponsored management development workshops, placing high-potential managers on a fast track for future leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and strong business acumen
• Ability to provide effective leadership
• Thorough understanding of Mission’s products and services
• Excellent work ethic, high level of organization, and computer literacy
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong business and customer orientation
• College degree highly desired; military experience welcomed
• 3-5 years of experience in a management role
• Willingness and ability to relocate upon completion for career growth

Pay

Management Trainee base salary is $70,304, depending on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment.
