Service Lot Technician - Las Vegas Harley-Davidson

At Las Vegas Harley-Davidson, Harley-Davidson isn’t just a motorcycle brand, it’s a way of life. We take pride in every ride that leaves our shop, and our Service Department is the backbone of that experience. We’re looking for a Lot Technician to join our crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver above-average motorcycle detailing, washing, and polishing to dealership standards.
• Safely move, stage, and position motorcycles to support shop efficiency.
• Maintain organization of staging areas, shop floor, and parts take-off shelving.
• Ensure shop equipment and chemical stations meet Southern Nevada Health District and LVHD standards.
• Handle daily shop tasks including:
• Emptying used oil trays and caddies;
• Maintaining bulk oil and filter disposal stations;
• Refilling brake cleaner canisters;
• Managing shop trash and cardboard disposal;
• Monitoring inventory and cleanliness of shop chemicals and equipment (parts washer, bead blaster, drill press, tire/battery disposal, detailing supplies, fuel caddies, etc.).
• Perform receiving and quality control for new Harley-Davidson motorcycle shipments:
• Operate forklift to unload shipments;
• Conduct high-standard visual inspections for damage or defects;
• Document and report issues on Bills of Lading to the Service Manager;
• Provide occasional support with parts pickups and deliveries using the shop vehicle;
• Aid service advisors and technicians with day-to-day tasks to keep workflow smooth;
• Take on additional duties as requested by management.

What We're Looking For

• Strong motorcycle detailing skills and pride in presentation.
• Ability to safely handle and maneuver motorcycles in excess if 600lbs.
• Solid organizational habits and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with shop equipment, chemicals, and tools.
• Forklift operation experience (or willingness to be trained).
• Valid motorcycle endorsement is required.
• Must be able to pass a Nevada Motor Vehicle Report.
• Team player with a positive, “let’s get it done” attitude.
