Service Lead

About the role

The Service Lead at OSU - Woody Hayes Athletic Center is responsible for taking and delivering food/drink orders, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the point person for work-related requests to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, client culture, and operations.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Affords assistance in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay
