About the role
Lolli & Pops is seeking a part-time Service Lead to join their team. This role is a keyholder and member of the leadership team, responsible for driving store-level financial and operational results, fostering guest engagement, and training and motivating team members.
Responsibilities
- Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking appropriate action to achieve store targets
- Keep team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge
- Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and leading by example
- Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members
- Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
- Ensure policies, procedures, and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively
- Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

- A bias towards action: able to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 lbs. using appropriate safety techniques

Pay
The pay range for this role is $16.50 - $16.50 USD per hour at Eastview Mall, Victor, NY.
