About the role
The KLA Services team in Milpitas, CA is seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with service inventory planning systems to manage demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply processes.
Responsibilities
- System Configuration & Feature Management: Configure planning parameters and business logic within the service inventory planning system.
- Evaluate the impact of configuration changes on downstream planning, execution, and reporting.
- Testing, Validation & Continuous Improvement: Design and execute functional testing for configuration changes, new features, and enhancements.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear documentation of system configuration, planning logic, assumptions, and data design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience with service inventory planning systems such as Prophet by Baxter Planning, PTC SPM or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience configuring or supporting forecasting, inventory optimization, or supply operations in a service environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
- Proficiency with Excel and analytical tools; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
- Understanding of inventory planning concepts such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, service levels, transactional automation and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience;
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years;
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.
Pay
Base Pay Range: $90,400.00 - $153,700.00 Annually
