Responsibilities
- Personally execute meal and beverage service for Principals and guests across residences, aircraft, and events
- Serve as primary hospitality point of contact during gatherings and daily service, anticipating needs proactively
- Direct service flow during high-visibility and complex service moments
- Lead on-site event execution, supervising hospitality staff and temporary event teams
- Cook up and coordinate vendors, rentals, and event partners for events and gatherings
- Maintain inventory and presentation-readiness of tabletop, service, and entertaining items
- Oversee property stock lists across residences and travel aircraft
- Manage food and beverage cost tracking and related administrative reporting
- Cook up and coordinate vendors, rentals, and event partners for events and gatherings
- Coordinate with flight crews and conduct travel advances to prepare hospitality environments ahead of arrival
- Coach and provide real-time service guidance to hospitality support staff
- Additional hospitality duties and special projects as needed
Requirements
- Strong command of English; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
- Minimum 5-7+ years of front-of-house hospitality experience; Michelin-level, five-star, or yachting background preferred
- Proven experience leading and training a small service team
- Zero-ego, service-first mindset; calm and unflappable under pressure
- Highly organized with strong administrative and inventory-tracking skills
- Flexible schedule; weekend and holiday availability required
- Valid passport required; willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Valid Driver’s License preferred
- Likely to be legally able to work in the United States

Schedule
Full-time, live-out position based primarily in New York City, with regular travel to the Hamptons, periodic West Coast extensions, and occasional trips to Europe. The schedule includes two consecutive days off during the week, with weekend and holiday availability required.
