Regular, full-time position. Fluency in English required. 1st shift.
Responsibilities
- Process Home Improvement loans accurately and on time according to established workflows, procedures, and regulations.
- Verify and enter all contract and applicant information correctly.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding stipulations, verifications, or documents needed to complete loan processing.
- Perform detailed reviews of documentation to ensure loans meet credit guidelines.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, clients, and business partners.
- Meet or exceed production targets.
- Manage multiple loan files simultaneously, each with minimal complexity.
- Escalate any problems that may arise.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Ability to input data accurately and quickly.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of loan processing experience.
Working Conditions
- Sitting: Constantly (more than 50% of the time).
- Standing: Occasionally (less than 25% of the time).
- Walking: Frequently (25% – 50% of the time).
- Bending: Occasionally (less than 25% of the time).
- Lifting: Up to 10 lbs.
- Able to access and interpret client information from a computer and hear/speak with individuals in person and on the phone.
- Able to operate standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.
- Able to work all scheduled hours, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
- Minimal travel, up to 10%.
