Business Vertical: Oxygen

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile phones, laptops, and related electronic devices.
• Perform chip-level and component-level repairs (where applicable).
• Replace defective parts such as displays, motherboards, batteries, and connectors.
• Ensure all repairs are done in compliance with brand and company quality standards.
• Accurately record job details, parts used, and repair status in the O2 Care system.
• Maintain proper handling of customer devices to avoid damage or data loss.
• Assist in software updates, data backup, and formatting activities.
• Coordinate with the service coordinator for pending jobs, spare parts, and escalations.
• Ensure timely delivery of repaired devices within the committed TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics / Computer Hardware or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in mobile or laptop repair preferred.
• Brand service center experience will be an added advantage.
