Service Engineer, CNC & Machine Tool

As a critical partner to federal installations across the United States, our highly skilled technicians travel extensively, providing unparalleled on-site support for mission-critical operations by installing and repairing advanced CNC machinery at top-tier federal facilities. You will pioneer the next generation of precision manufacturing through expert installation, repair, and optimization of complex CNC machines, diagnosing and resolving intricate system malfunctions to virtually eliminate downtime. Due to the requirements of our customers and the nature of this position, candidates must be a United States citizen and able to pass a comprehensive background check.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and optimize complex CNC machinery at federal facilities nationwide.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate CNC system malfunctions involving controls, drives, and mechanical systems.
- Perform proactive preventative maintenance and performance-enhancing adjustments to ensure peak operational efficiency.
- Travel extensively (80% or more) to provide on-site support and build lasting relationships with government clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring advanced manufacturing capabilities remain at the forefront of innovation and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Extensive, hands-on experience in CNC or industrial machine repair and installation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in demanding environments.
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time or more and adapt to varying work schedules.
- United States citizenship and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Pay
The expected pay range for this role is between $65,000.00 and $95,000.00 annually, plus earned overtime.
