What you’ll do
- Own performance and uptime of Sciex LC-MS/MS systems (4500–7500 series)
- Support Shimadzu HPLC platforms (maintenance, calibration, repair)
- Diagnose issues quickly, resolve them effectively, and optimize system performance
- Partner directly with scientists as their onsite technical expert
- Manage preventive maintenance, documentation, and escalations when needed

What you bring
- 2+ years of hands on experience with Sciex LC-MS/MS systems
- Experience with 4500, 5500, 6500, or 7500 series preferred
- Strong background in troubleshooting and maintaining analytical instrumentation
- Experience in lab or regulated environments preferred
- Ability to work directly with scientific end users
