Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, diagnostics, and root cause analysis for ablation products
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams
- Support new product launches and service onboarding activities
- Develop and improve service and repair strategies
- Train teams and enable repair centers on troubleshooting and best practices
- Conduct field visits to support customers and identify product improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in medical device or technical service environment
- Strong experience in troubleshooting, product support, and customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to ~30%
Pay
USD35 - USD55 per hour + medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO
