Service Engineer

You are a logical thinker skilled in troubleshooting, enthusiastic about working with complex technologies, and a professional committed to customer satisfaction. As part of our West Region in-house service team, you will focus on instrument maintenance, repair, and customer support, reporting to the Western Region Service Manager in Torrance, CA.

About the role

• Maintenance, calibration, and repair of assigned product lines
• Phone support for customers, including troubleshooting
• Supplemental travel to customer sites within the Region
• Administrative tasks related to service work

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience in troubleshooting electronics, working with schematics, test equipment, and tools
• Associates degree in engineering or related technical field
• Ability to travel up to 30% (including overnight travel)
• Valid driver’s license and passport

Pay

Base salary range: $31–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
