Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for enterprise server and data center environments.
- Perform server installation, deployment, hardware upgrades, and component replacements.
- Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and operating system issues while minimizing system downtime.
- Replace and configure server components including: CPUs, memory, power supplies, GPUs, complete server systems.
- Perform firmware updates and preventive maintenance.
- Follow established Plans of Action (POAs) and escalation procedures.
- Document all service activities accurately and in real time.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal technical teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide support outside standard business hours when required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise servers, data center infrastructure, or field service environments.
- Hands-on experience with server hardware maintenance and repair.
- Experience with server deployments and hardware replacement.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with water-cooled servers.
- Experience building or repairing PCs.
- Vendor certifications are a plus.
- Interest in learning emerging AI infrastructure technologies.
- Experience working in mission-critical or enterprise data center environments.
Additional Requirements
- Must reside within approximately 45 minutes of the Lithia Springs, GA work location.
- Must be willing to work on-site daily.
- Must be willing to participate in on-call rotations.
- Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance if required.

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional shift support and on-call required).
